I would like to say the company has really good advantage competition, but department leaders and most managers got lack management skills. Seems to flout labor and exploit nascent works is the only way they know about to manage. For some department doesn't even have any single holiday of the whole year, include Chrismas, Thanksgiving, and New year. I am an engineer title job here, I worked over 50 hours per week with no overtime pay even 40 hours per week shows on my offer. Double standards and Racial discrimination always happen, for god save and forget about An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or protected veteran status they state when they hire you. I am so frustrated and hopeless about this situation. For any production associate positions is not that bad, but if you have high education background wanna engineer title job, please run away.

The only good about this company is insurance, 401K, and other relevant benefits.
