Hello Former Team Lead – I am sorry you apparently did not enjoy your experience at GEHA. As a not-for-profit company, we do our best to focus on providing our members with the highest level of service possible. We also believe providing a good work experience for our employees, based on our culture and values, helps us provide a better experience for our members. We are committed to diversity and inclusion, rewarding and promoting our employees based on merit, and having a fair workplace. Many employees enjoy working from home, just as you did, and this is merely one of the many benefits we are happy to offer our employees. I am sorry I cannot specifically comment on your other statements, including those related to race, without knowing more. I can say we do not tolerate unfair preferential or negative treatment, let alone decisions based on race or any other protected characteristic.
