Pros
Covered parking and a great cafeteria on the 8th floor. Tim, the CEO was very generous with those who were recently transitioned out due to the Gannett / Tegna split
Cons
For the remaining PPC team, they are overworked and under paid and under valued. The pay compared to other agencies, is about $25000 less and managing over 100 accounts per month is insane. they aren't given the time or tools to really optimize accounts or dig deep into them to gain and offer effective analysis for the clients. With the removal of the direct sale team and the loss of lead source from Gannett, I don't see how this company will last.
