Where do we start? Management has no idea how to manage and often times has or makes no real effort to figure out how to do things smarter and more efficient. Upper management is also out of touch with who they appoint to run the AM department leaving only employees to figure out why the morale is so dreadful. Look elsewhere if you are trying to find a fulfilling AM position because most of the current team is planning to leave as soon as possible.
