Pros

there are a ton of creative people...working there is a lot like hanging out with good people from college. You also get a major brand on your resume (Gannett).

Cons

the pay isn't great and the raises barely keep up with inflation. Managers aren't well trained and don't have managerial qualities. It's a corporation disguised as a fun agency.
