      Pros

      Decent pay for small town. Few good employees left there. Meet new people through customers.

      Cons

      Management is a complete joke and have no clue. They dont care about employees and mislead you to get whatever they want out of you. Thats why so many great people have quit the last few years between sales people and drivers
