Pros
I've been with the company for more than ten years, during which time I've grown personally and professionally with the support of many great people around the world. I've learned new things, new skills and become more confident in what I do and in dealing with people. Sometime challenging, always interesting, there is always plenty to do and new things to learn. The company culture allows autonomy - you can make the most of your place and really grow in your role. I have a great work-life balance and feel like I am part of a giant worldwide family.
Cons
With a company of this size, sometimes getting information and news to all levels throughout the business is slower than ideal and sometimes the message gets disrupted along the way. This is a shame as sometimes parts of the business must feel left out or isolated, but that's not the intention.
