Pros
There aren't really any. A paycheck is nice, but they do not give raises, the only way you advance is with an associates degree, military or past or current law enforcement experience. So if you have none of that the most you'll get paid is from 8.5 to 10 dollars an hour.
Cons
Everything about this company is horrible. Management is a zoo. There is no communication you constantly have to stay on the office to get something done for you. Horrible company to work for. If you want to hate going to work come to G4S. The politics in this company is astounding. Constantly training people and not getting paid for it. The turnover is constant and the pay is horrible. Nothing is close to where you live. I drive 40 miles everyday to work if that gives you an idea. No overtime is allowed and employees are very difficult to get along with and supervisor are the worlds worst. Scheduling sucks don't plan on having a life with this company. They own you pretty much. That's one of the reasons there is so much turnover in this company. Higher ups gets bonus checks but regular employees get nothing. Benefits are decent but health insurance for a family is around 700 a month. However vision and dental are amazing. O did I mention they make you pay for your license every year which is 50 dollars, plus pay for your background when you get hired. Then you go through training which is also not paid I'm talking about the state required training 16 hours of your time not compensated. It's pretty much a permanent temporary job company.
