Pros
Higher pay then other sites, however that really has nothing to do with the goodness of G4S's heart. It has to do with the minimum salary the client allows. Anything good about this site really comes from the client. People only stay for the good pay (16.00 hr starting) and waiting for another job.
Cons
Management is flip floppy on what they want. They will tell you to do one thing then in a few weeks when the client starts to ask why we were doing that the leadership/management "forgets" or asks like they never told you to do it. HELLO! The little man doesn't make the rule so you need to clue on the fact the leadership team is eighther very forgetful or they are lying to protect themself. This behavior has gone on for over a year and no one does anything.... just keep blaming the little guy. This makes for very BAD moral. Even people who only a week old make comments on the crapy moral and leadership/management. Turn over is crazy high!
