      Pros

      Great pay, bonuses at the end if every quarter and great 401k and health benefits.

      Cons

      Lack of respect for workers, only 40 hours of paid time of and if you worker second shift which is a 10hr shift that is only 4days off for the year.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
