      Most companies 'say' they look for innovation and creativity. This one not only encourages it, it's an expectation. If you're the type to seek new and better ways to get something done, build team connectivity or become involved in community, you'll love it here. If you're a worker who prefers the 'status quo,' it'll be just another job.

      Cons

      Sometimes your plate may feel a little 'full,' but I've never had anyone turn down a request for a hand.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
