      Pros

      Great pay. Good amount of PTO. Benefits could be better.

      Cons

      Dallas site will be shutdown soon. Information to verify this is online. Neighborhood surrounding the site protested and won. Dirty, unhealthy environment. It’s simply not worth applying with the company only going to be there a couple more years. Culture of finger pointing, causing a high turnover rate.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
