      Pros

      Good pay due to the number of hours you work.

      Cons

      Very few resources to get things fixed. Everything is rushed. High turnover rate due to awful management. No path for advancement. The plant is shutting down so they don't care about personnel. But on the other hand, the union is an issue as well. Safety is in name and paperwork only. It is not practiced. You are forced into unsafe situations and practices. The line must get running no matter the cost.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
