      Competitive pay and great benefits

      Cons

      GAF has changed its culture ever since the new CEO stepped in. This used to be a company that focused a lot of its resources and energy in making sure its employees felt seen and heard. It felt like a privilege to work here. But now the focus of the company has solely shifted towards customer satisfaction, stripping away a lot of our needs as employees. It’s no longer a place you feel happy to come to work for.

      Pros

      Great company with supportive and talented people, an excellent work/life balance, and a positive culture. I truly enjoyed my time there and will miss it, I really loved working at this company.

      Cons

      Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
