      Pros

      Great people in general. Benefits are great and the salary is high for entry-level, you have opportunities to travel and they have a great campus.

      Cons

      Gossip is constant, and there is a lot of silent animosity because of this, in other words, it is cliquey. This goes for every new employee at any company but be watchful of who your manager is. Also, very hard to get promoted from within, 2 CEO's in the past two years, and countless new C-suite officers in that time frame too, This company is private, they can reorganize, open, and close business units more fluidly.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
