Pros
Great leadership. Would always have your back when others in the company did not feel that a task could be completed in a certain manner. People always willing to help in completing the task at hand. Was always open to allowing new thoughts on how to achieve goals.
Cons
PTO is subpar compared to other places. It is a combined policy so sick, personal, and PTO comes from one bank of time. Must remain billable no matter how slow the work flow. I understand it is an employee owned company but cannot always foot the bill to down time to clients with larger budgets. Stop bidding smaller jobs with razor thin profits and expect to win long term clients. This will come back and get the company at a later date.
