Pros
great people working there, truly embraced remote work, and a great emphasis on team work to get projects done.
Cons
The benefits are lack luster. Low number of company holidays. Only allowed to role over a low amount of PTO with no cash out option. Insurance costs a lot with a spouse charge if he/she has options to own health insurance. There wasn’t a lot of growth opportunities and there seems to be a bit of sexism involved at the company with women not given the same opportunities or even same pay for out performing the male counter parts. They do have an employee retention committee that is mostly for show and doesn’t really listen to any issues brought up. Not a good work life balance either. Was employee owned and is no longer such.
