- Very poor management. Unwilling to accept any feedback regarding management styles. Most directors within the group are scientists that focus more on their individual research rather than leading a team. Scientists also struggle to give research associates any credit for their work, and oftentimes take the credit themselves.
- Employees are discouraged from going to HR regarding concerns about management, told that they are required to tell their manager if they go to HR, and retaliated against when they do so.
- Research disregards hiring a good cultural fits for groups and has minimal interest in creating a strong team dynamic amongst the group.
