Aside from the compensation package—which is, to be fair, reasonably decent—the situation here is rather grim. The executive tier is entirely preoccupied with blowing its own trumpet. They’ve all quite happily hoarded the Senior Director titles for themselves, whilst claiming the company lacks the 'scope' for anyone else to move up the ladder. Employee engagement is a total myth; management don't consult, they simply dictate. It's a thoroughly toxic and oppressive atmosphere, if I'm honest.
