This company encourage more. > UK Office is very open culturally and it surprises me when I wanted to host a festive season in relation to our products ie Dark Horse for the year of the Horse 2026 > The UK company have also shown interest in developing me further as an accountant especially when I came in with zero experience > The job allows me to be more than just an accountant and allow me to do more than just book keeping. Cons
> There are certain individuals whom may not see things eye to eye in terms of developing/ core values lay out but at the end of the day as long as the overall company can benefit from this improvements, its a win situation regardless. This sort of situation appears in most companies but as long as you have majority support, it doesnt matter.
