      There is a discount wine and spirits store! There are a lot of opportunities to move around in the company after you have been at your job a while.

      Cons

      Sometimes production necessitates that you need to work extra hours in order to catch up. The business structure is compartmentalized--sometimes it is difficult to get help from another dept.

      Gallo has extremely talented people and incredible products. I’ve found real opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact.

      Cons

      Fast pace at times, with occasional shifting priorities. Very few downsides overall.

      Pros

      For the area, this is one of the best places to work living in the Central Valley.

      Cons

      Priorities aren’t aligned across the business units. There’s a real lack of what it means to work at Gallo these days. Each group is out for themselves.
