      Cons

      Politics rule the roost in many department. If you are not part of the inner fraternity, you quickly find yourself on the sidelines. Its about who you know and not what you do. Investing in key relationships is key to success, not the quality of work you do

      Pros

      Gallo has extremely talented people and incredible products. I’ve found real opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact.

      Cons

      Fast pace at times, with occasional shifting priorities. Very few downsides overall.

      Pros

      For the area, this is one of the best places to work living in the Central Valley.

      Cons

      Priorities aren’t aligned across the business units. There’s a real lack of what it means to work at Gallo these days. Each group is out for themselves.
