      Pros

      -Sales and management training -Recruitment process -Early career management experience -Some distributors have great team dynamic -Exposure to a lot of brands & suppliers- learned a lot about the industry

      Cons

      -Compensation -Senior Management (communication, care of employees) -Lack of work/ life balance in some distributors (work weekends, holidays) -No team dynamic/ very isolated in some positions -Lack of importance of some positions

      Pros

      Gallo has extremely talented people and incredible products. I’ve found real opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact.

      Cons

      Fast pace at times, with occasional shifting priorities. Very few downsides overall.

      Pros

      For the area, this is one of the best places to work living in the Central Valley.

      Cons

      Priorities aren’t aligned across the business units. There’s a real lack of what it means to work at Gallo these days. Each group is out for themselves.
