      Pros

      -Was given great training in both wine and sales. -The people at the company are great to work with. -You really learn how to push yourself to get the job done

      Cons

      -Hours are horrible, kiss a lot of your personal life goodbye - All of your mistakes are noted and judged -Really hard to get past first impressions among upper managment because you don't work with them often

      Gallo has extremely talented people and incredible products. I’ve found real opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact.

      Cons

      Fast pace at times, with occasional shifting priorities. Very few downsides overall.

      Pros

      For the area, this is one of the best places to work living in the Central Valley.

      Cons

      Priorities aren’t aligned across the business units. There’s a real lack of what it means to work at Gallo these days. Each group is out for themselves.
