I worked here for about 4 years and accomplished a lot, and met some very amazing people. Several of the reviews here are extremely accurate. Several departments have excellent leaders, who have a clear and articulated mission for their employees.
Some do not. I happened to work for one of those. Without a clear vision and career path for my department, we went through several managers during a three year period.
I ended up in a role where political relationships drove all business decisions-not actual business results. It ended up being a degrading experience and left me with very unfavorable opinions of this company. Despite enabling double-digit growth for several business sectors, political opportunism drove all business decisions.
After I left, the same experiences I received happened to another employee. Political favoritism drove all major decisions.
Before taking any offer, clearly, ask the management what your role is. How do they interact with other departments? What is the path to success? If they use doublespeak, I would recommend you steer clear of that department.
