      Pros

      Wonderful growth opportunities. Able to transfer between branches. Company is growth, success is evident, and financials are sound. Modesto may not be Milan, but the cost of living is low relative to the rest of California.

      Cons

      It can be challenging to work cross-functionally. Many departments function independently of each other and it can be challenging to share information. Also, many people move through departments quickly (pro for one's career) and this creates holes in "tribal knowledge".

      Pros

      Gallo has extremely talented people and incredible products. I’ve found real opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact.

      Cons

      Fast pace at times, with occasional shifting priorities. Very few downsides overall.

      Pros

      For the area, this is one of the best places to work living in the Central Valley.

      Cons

      Priorities aren’t aligned across the business units. There’s a real lack of what it means to work at Gallo these days. Each group is out for themselves.
