      Political corporate culture, must know the right people Lack of innovative culture, do what the boss says instead of what should be done. Top-down driven, little opportunity for making a difference from the bottom-up Executive habit of chewing up employees.

      Pros

      Gallo has extremely talented people and incredible products. I’ve found real opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact.

      Cons

      Fast pace at times, with occasional shifting priorities. Very few downsides overall.

      Pros

      For the area, this is one of the best places to work living in the Central Valley.

      Cons

      Priorities aren’t aligned across the business units. There’s a real lack of what it means to work at Gallo these days. Each group is out for themselves.
