      Pros

      Some colleagues are friendly; fair Pension contribution and some perks.

      Cons

      Poor Management; the company is not open to new ideas; there is no clear vision of the roles by the managers and colleagues; there is no support from Manager or Director; lots of gossip around, poor welcoming and training of new employees. They like to emphasise that they are a family which is tricky depending on the real concept of what that really means .

      Pros

      Gallo has extremely talented people and incredible products. I’ve found real opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact.

      Cons

      Fast pace at times, with occasional shifting priorities. Very few downsides overall.

      Pros

      For the area, this is one of the best places to work living in the Central Valley.

      Cons

      Priorities aren’t aligned across the business units. There’s a real lack of what it means to work at Gallo these days. Each group is out for themselves.
