      Company Is Losing It's Culture - Accountant GALLO Employee Review

      Pros

      Company used to stand by its values, however no longer doesn't.

      Cons

      The company is losing all its companies values. They are becoming a cut throat company only caring about bottom line and not their employees. They recently forced retirement on a director working there for 32 years, who stood for employees having to work too much OT. All the employees in Finance and Accounting are on edge, with this new culture they are building. I am on my way out to find a company with better values.

      Pros

      Gallo has extremely talented people and incredible products. I’ve found real opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact.

      Cons

      Fast pace at times, with occasional shifting priorities. Very few downsides overall.

      Pros

      For the area, this is one of the best places to work living in the Central Valley.

      Cons

      Priorities aren’t aligned across the business units. There’s a real lack of what it means to work at Gallo these days. Each group is out for themselves.
