Company focuses on long term growth. Months and quarters pass without the typical corporate push to make numbers. Family is very involved in day to day business. A very detail oriented leadership style. Company is focused on being best in class. Pay is well for the area and bonus always pays nice due to growth of company. Company treats employees well with lots of little perks, dinner's, picnic's, etc.
Cons
Leadership is not aligned. No COO creates a large gap in the organization. Politics and relationship based culture slow down progress. Analysis paralysis and micromanaging can be frustrating and delay progress. Lack of empowerment for employees as detailed decisions are made at a high level. Not much room for growth. Company is slow to promote.
