HIgh turn over. Burn out. Political. Merit is not important as knowing the right person. Culture is behind the times.. Resistant to change. Workers are forced to work long hours. Every program to make the place better like safety, culture training gets corrupted by middle management, who resist any kind of change that comes along. Sad to see all the money going to waste on these programs. If you are creative and voice your opinion, you will be targeted. Family and upper management are deceived by middle management. The lower one goes on the food chain, the more abuse encountered. No recourse. HR is worthless.
