      Pros

      great pay and benefits for central valley. Some learning opportunities for IT beginners. They make wine and there good at it. some good managers.

      Cons

      I never worked at a place that wasn't clear on what direction they wanted to go in IT. Instructions are based on what the management sees at the time. The other bad middle managers do not want to make a mistake. be aware they will blame you. you are stuck with that manager. Independent thinking out of the box an analysis of problems not done.

      Gallo has extremely talented people and incredible products. I’ve found real opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact.

      Cons

      Fast pace at times, with occasional shifting priorities. Very few downsides overall.

      Pros

      For the area, this is one of the best places to work living in the Central Valley.

      Cons

      Priorities aren’t aligned across the business units. There’s a real lack of what it means to work at Gallo these days. Each group is out for themselves.
