Pros
- The company treats its employees really well. - Various activities and services to assist employees and increase morale (i.e. excercise reward program, wine discounts, etc). - Decent amount of responsibility, which led to a lot of good experience. - Very hands off approach, but lots of resources and approachable engineers and managers made working on projects challenging but doable. - Very professional, yet friendly atmosphere.
Cons
- Sometimes there's a bit of a communication disconnect between departments. - There wasn't always a clear path between doing a good job on the internship, being liked by your coworkers and supervisors, and being hired by a pertinent party for a full time position. - The city/area is not the best region to live in. ( A lot of people commute)
