It is not a people-first company anymore. Pay increases are also significantly decreasing despite inflation and managers are unable to help support and champion their hard working employees the way they'd like to. Also, diversity and inclusion is non-existent and feels extremely performative. And unless you're willing to live in Modesto, there is no room for advancement. And while there is a shuttle, who wants to spend that much time on a shuttle when you can find another job closer to home (especially one that offers more remote work opportunities and higher pay).
