Great products and brands, compensation was competitive with the industry, RRSP program was average, benefits were decent but not the best.
Cons
Entire Canadian sales team was erased and replaced by an agent. Senior executives don't understand how their change in 'strategy' affects the employees. Everything is explained as a business decision and made with not empathy. Trust was broken when we were told there would be new roles for everyone and was not the case. Company talks about their family values, but does not live up to them. All the hard work we did before and during the pandemic was erased when the company decided to use an agent for all their important sales functions and replace everyone. When we received our exit letters, the contract was full of bully tactics and bad offers to get us to sign. Many of us had to seek help from lawyers to help get the severance we deserved. If you do seek employment here, Look beyond the fluff. Company was recognized by Human Rights as a great place to work, but not a good place to work in Canada.
