It’s a good job company to start at out of college, you will learn a lot and have the opportunities to learn different parts of the business. The company has a well know and respected name, so if you decide to leave your work experience will take you far.
Cons
Management tends to get lost in the weeds and loses their best talent by being inflexible and not listening to employee needs. Salaries are FAR below industry.

Priorities aren’t aligned across the business units. There’s a real lack of what it means to work at Gallo these days. Each group is out for themselves.
