Pros

The work hours are flexible, so that's one good thing.

Cons

Aside from the one positive thing here, this company has nothing good to offer. The work environment and culture are extremely toxic and immature. People here live for the drama, and gossip is a common past time here. The worst part is that many of the managers are also involved in the gossip and drama, so the leadership itself is complacent to this kind of awful culture.
