Pros
Great co-workers. Banker's hours- hard to complain about that.
Cons
Horrible Management and Upper Management. When you work at a location that has the highest turn-over rate, it really says something about the managers at that location. I worked with a bunch of co-workers who absolutely hated their jobs and were all actively looking for a better job. We all loved the customers and the idea behind a bank that cared about its customers; however, the reality is management and upper management only cared about the image that they presented. Management would constantly threaten to fire us on a weekly basis without merit. If there was a personal emergency, the manager would not allow for us to take time off to take care of it. This was from everything to sick children who need immediate care to care or death of family members. Despite the location where I worked, I noticed that many of the older employees from other locations were all burnt out and expressed similar sentiments about the company choosing profit at all costs over employees' treatment. It was rare to find an employee who had over two to five years of experience with the company and not in a kush spot. Like any sales job, it's all about favoritism, politics, and nepotism. The job is definitely not professional. You will regret wasting your time at this company.
