Pros

Flexible schedule and remote work options.

Cons

If you’re someone who works hard, be prepared to pick up the slack for others. It often felt like the people who didn’t put in much effort got a free pass while those who cared ended up doing way more than their share. Long hours were common for anyone trying to do a good job. Working 50 to 70 hours a week wasn’t unusual. A lot of the remote team didn’t seem fully engaged and some were clearly juggling more than one job. HR was not really available or helpful and management spent most of their time in meetings, so you were mostly left to figure things out on your own.

Pros

Most of the people you work with are great. At least the ones I knew where, but most of them were let go.

Cons

There are some bad apples in the cart. You know there's a power struggle with certain types of employees. Too much shifting, constant change and no real direction. I've worked on too many campaigns/projects that didn't see the light of day as business direction changed. A lot of great people were let go and the rest jumped ship.
