Good for start-ups and those who are looking for experience

OTY because of the time difference between the client's work hours to GCM3's work hours. Sometimes they will compensate you leave hours for the overtime you did, but it won't matter because you can't use the leave you made freely. The employer will use extreme words against you, for you to get embarrassed in a team meeting for you to leave GCM3 forcefully.

Employees are kind of nice. There's only one I met that is actually very helpful even when you are lost.

Barely gives you room for growth. Always expects you to know things already. Senior developers are very biased and doesn't allow you to grow.
