Pros

Nothing I can think of.

Cons

I have never felt less appreciated in my life. The "project managers" pile you up with work without knowing how long does anything actually take. You have to report what have you done each day. If you have spent a long time on something, beware, you have to explain yourself while being yelled at and humiliated. They expect you can do anything without ever attending a training. And all of that might be worth if they pay you well, but the salary is the lowest as it can get. They have an office in Skopje, Macedonia that does half of their work for ridiculous costs, but they don't even mention the office on their website nor ever recognize the people who work there. Probably Skopje does not sound as attractive as e.g. London. Simply awful experience.

Pros

You're on call, you can see when/where they want you a couple of hours beforehand. Most Supervisors are really sweet, fair people. Bonus break coupons awarded by the appointed Supervisor that day/night. A well-respected, truly Global Company offering several different roles to grow into. (Not just the Western Hemisphere and the Phillipines)

Cons

Get a really bad list of phone numbers that don't render results within 2 hours, and you're dismissed from that shift. (your pay is affected.) Oodles of charts and very small lettering (thank God for the colorful highlights) on every email. Ghost Work: chat platform is ONLY you and the Supervisor + Operational Supervisor - you can't send messages to your other "teammates". Misleading scheduling: when hired you are told to set a schedule for the first 30 days and not to deviate from it, that you can make changes after 30 days. After 30 days you are told that you CAN'T change your basic set schedule for the upcoming month, only "request certain days." High turnover of employees due to these factors, and low pay.
