However, if you consider working at this company, be aware that they might let you go after some time, as it seems they are more interested in exploiting your efforts than investing in your growth.
Cons
The company initially hired me as an intern for six months with a modest stipend of 5-6k. Despite my performance being good or average, they provided no formal training or guidance, leaving me to figure things out on my own. After the six-month period ended, they began removing interns, often citing various reasons that seemed unfounded. One senior employee, Mr. Vishnu, played a significant role in my experience. He consistently pressured me about a delayed task, but the delay occurred because he couldn’t clearly explain what needed to be done. His inability to communicate effectively in English or Hindi added to the confusion. Unfortunately, when I requested a team change due to these issues, HR refused and instead removed me from the company for what seemed like trivial reasons. I later learned that other employees faced similar treatment because of Mr. Vishnu.
