      Pros

      Nice office facility if you are at the UD campus location. Free gym (at the UD campus), free coffee and occasionally free food.

      Cons

      Leaders lead by brute force not interested in developing talent, its a conform or else mentality. Morale is extremely low. with the amount of work coming in there’s always the issues of meeting deadlines. With the state of affairs internally, results in constant pressure to overwork. Really just an unpleasant work environment and people continue to depart.

      Pros

      -Easy internal transfers to learn new components of the engines -Good benefits and hybrid schedule -Ability to travel -Ability to move between engineering groups during downturns on projects

      Cons

      -High attrition and turn over rate for experienced engineers and managers due to company needs in different sections -Lack of access to mentors -Movement towards outsourcing of roles to out of country (USA) -Depending on role, you will be working extra hours and weekends to meet delivery
