      GE is not doing well - lots of cost out Lack of motivation and energy from employees Un-updated / dirty workspaces - Evendale, OH Rotation requirements are not flexible based on your interests or desires -- based on business need Trainings were promised to us, and then taken away Sometimes treated as a co-op since roles are short term through leadership program

      -Easy internal transfers to learn new components of the engines -Good benefits and hybrid schedule -Ability to travel -Ability to move between engineering groups during downturns on projects

      Cons

      -High attrition and turn over rate for experienced engineers and managers due to company needs in different sections -Lack of access to mentors -Movement towards outsourcing of roles to out of country (USA) -Depending on role, you will be working extra hours and weekends to meet delivery
