Pros

If you like to deliver results and gain ownership you can get along really fast. responsabilities, recognition and tons of learning are gain fast. in a professional and relax enviroment. People there is really willing to get thing done, no mather where are you in the world, those who really work will help you or direct you. Good salaries for a recient graduated Eng.

Cons

There are a lot of processes and more processes, so many that even long carreer guys aren't aware of all of them, and most of the times are a waste of time. There is a cultural double standard about performance evaluation and work review; if are in good terms with your manager/reviewer your life will be easier, if you call out their flags, you'll end up loking for your next job For the amount of people working there, so few get a lot of the workload, and your are likely to do all the heavy lifting and be on the "b team"
