Pros

- Can be good experience, especially if you're a software engineer - Rotations allow for experience on multiple teams - Free Masters Degree - Very liberal time off

Cons

- Not many opportunities for EEs - Generally treated more like an intern than a full time employee - Program management team is not helpful in advancing your career - Opportunities to raise through the ranks are hamstrung after finishing the program
