      Work Culture is good. People would be more than happy to help even if you are from outside of their team. Good Learning opportunity specially when you are early into the career. Open environment.

      Cons

      Growth in terms of designation change and responsibility change is slow. One may feel that the seniority is not reflecting in the salary.

      -Easy internal transfers to learn new components of the engines -Good benefits and hybrid schedule -Ability to travel -Ability to move between engineering groups during downturns on projects

      Cons

      -High attrition and turn over rate for experienced engineers and managers due to company needs in different sections -Lack of access to mentors -Movement towards outsourcing of roles to out of country (USA) -Depending on role, you will be working extra hours and weekends to meet delivery
