      Benefits are good. Retirement and savings are good. Technical learning classes are good to take.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership and continuity . Leadership continue to reorganize and shake things around. They get rid of people only to find out they need to hire more.

      -Easy internal transfers to learn new components of the engines -Good benefits and hybrid schedule -Ability to travel -Ability to move between engineering groups during downturns on projects

      Cons

      -High attrition and turn over rate for experienced engineers and managers due to company needs in different sections -Lack of access to mentors -Movement towards outsourcing of roles to out of country (USA) -Depending on role, you will be working extra hours and weekends to meet delivery
