      Interesting work, seeing products through entire lifecycle, nice vacation package

      Cons

      Promotions and raises don't keep up w/ inflation or growth and development of employees, they take for granted that you're here to stay. Promise raises with increased responsibility but responsibility comes first and then there's a pay freeze so no raise.

      -Easy internal transfers to learn new components of the engines -Good benefits and hybrid schedule -Ability to travel -Ability to move between engineering groups during downturns on projects

      Cons

      -High attrition and turn over rate for experienced engineers and managers due to company needs in different sections -Lack of access to mentors -Movement towards outsourcing of roles to out of country (USA) -Depending on role, you will be working extra hours and weekends to meet delivery
