      Great work ethic...best in the business. Number one engine manufacturer in the world.

      You work very hard at GE. The salary, benifits, and people make it worth while. It's probably one of the toughest places to work and to compete for future jobs.

      -Easy internal transfers to learn new components of the engines -Good benefits and hybrid schedule -Ability to travel -Ability to move between engineering groups during downturns on projects

      Cons

      -High attrition and turn over rate for experienced engineers and managers due to company needs in different sections -Lack of access to mentors -Movement towards outsourcing of roles to out of country (USA) -Depending on role, you will be working extra hours and weekends to meet delivery
